Not so thrivey. (It happens)

Getting super real, y'all!

This 3-part video is an intimate look at a time when my physical stamina was tested on the first hot day of summer.

I share insights.

HOTT.

But speaking of hot... that's what was happening. Heat can bring out MS symptoms, so I'm hyper aware of the weather. But just because I'm aware, doesn't always mean I'm in full control. This is a time when I couldn't quite control all the factors, and what happened as a result.

The takeaway here isn't an MS thing, it's a self worth thing. We all have a part of us that needs tending to. It's up to us to decide if we give ourselves that consideration, or if we consider anything else/everything else a higher priority.

Remember, you are the most important person in your world.

I'd love to hear from anyone else who has come to understand more about themselves and MS when facing high temps- how did you handle and what did you learn?
